First trip of the year, and our propane regulator started leaking. We shopped around and decided to go with Dean Hill RV as they were close to our destination. We had a great experience, the gentlemen working there was knowledgeable and reasonable (not trying to upsell, etc). We spent some time wandering the shop here, they have a good selection of the normal stuff, but also a few used parts (furnaces, steps, converters), and a really tempting clearance section!!. What a great resource for keeping an older rig running on a budget!
Dean Hill has been servicing our RVs for 10 years and we have always been satisfied with their service - annual winterizations, replacement canvas, bearings, miscellaneous maiintenance.

One more note regarding pricing: The regulator I purchased here was the exact same cost as two of my local stores, and Amazon. To me this means it is priced fairly, and there is no reason not to support a local brick and mortar shop.
We needed a new regulator for our propane tank. They had just what we needed. While my husband unscrewed the regulator, I got to look at a few travel trailers. No pushy sales guys here.
I was not impressed. A friend and I went camper shopping. We parked in front of the windows at the sales building. We went and walked around, and in, the used campers. The back bay was open and people were working on a camper. My friend even went back to the car to get a camera to film the campers I liked. We were there for about an hour and not once did anyone come greet us, or ask if there was anything they could show us. Bad business judging a couple women looking around, you never know when one has cash in their pocket and ready to buy. It probably won't be from Dean Hill. The good thing from this, there are now more options in the area. To be honest, this was the behavior at all of the places we stopped at, Dean Hill was the only one I saw something I would have purchased, and the one we walked around the longest.
