This store's service is terrible, just because me and my boyfriend only had two dollars in pennies and wanted a drink some rude worker had told the other lady you don't have to take it you can tell them to leave. I'm pregnant and was dehydrated I wanted a drink and at that moment that is all of what we had....and they refused it. what if that was a homeless person dying for a drink and ALSO ALL they had was PENNYS? You would refuse them too? I would not go there again. I'd rather drive to Springfield Vermont then be treated poorly for all I had.....
It was made over the summer of 2014, While it has a nice large design, customer service is a pain in the ass! I've gone there countless times to only see long lines waiting to check out. The cashiers take about 5 minutes to ring out an item and are just inexperienced. Not only that but one worker was eating a sandwich while on his shift. The Ramuntos pizza served there is good, but the customer service is bad. Tried to order 2 slices of cold pizza but the cashier took about 10 minutes because he didn't know how to work the cash register. He ended up accidently charging us 50 dollars for a 5 dollar slice. Subway there is nice, and the employees know how to get the job done. Overall I give this place a 3/5 since it is a pain just to buy a can of soda

Though lines look long when going in, the efficient employees normally have you checked out and on your way in no time. »»Please remember that indecisive, slow,and often rude customers are the reason for slow lines, not necessarily the customer service.
